Meet Rita ...

Freedom … You can’t help but get a sense of freedom as you gaze out at the picturesque Bull Run Mountains, the Rappahannock River, acres of pastures across the Virginia region.  It’s almost hard to believe all this open space is just miles from the bustling centers of Northern Virginia and the Nations Capitol.

The lyrics . . .  “Give me land, lots of land with the starry skies above... Don’t fence me in.” says it best.  These days, all that wide open room to breathe seems a little hard to come by. But just ask me and others who call Virginia home, and they’ll agree it’s not only attainable—it’s closer than they ever imagined. Acres of scenic mountains, vineyards, horses grazing on the hillside, bright sunrises through crisp, clean air: everywhere you turn is natural beauty and an undeniable sense of freedom to live the life you choose.

I live with my family live in Culpeper.  I began my real estate career two years ago at the same time I joined Linton Hall Realtors.  Helping people is my goal and I find joy in helping others achieve the American Dream.

I grew up in the Culpeper/Fauquier County area.
